Daniel Godfrey is an experienced L&D leader who combines his unique background of data analytics and people development to produce articulate insights, facilitating transformative change. Through this model Daniel has successfully driven program engagement to the levels required to effectively implement organization wide behavior change. Daniel has a passion for developing models to close the gap between demonstrating return on expectation and providing a true measurement of return on investment.

John Shepherd, Engagement Partner, Hemsley Fraser

John Shepherd is an experienced L&D professional who develops, produces and launches effective internal and external communications programs. Alongside an understanding of training content creation and delivery, he can deliver a fresh perspective to any client’s content needs. He began in education which led to an L&D role at Hemsley Fraser. He then moved into a creative-focused environment with a London design studio, digital arts, culminating in him setting-up his own creative agency, working across many sectors and a wide variety of clients. In 2018, he moved back to Hemsley Fraser and a pure L&D environment.
