A systemic problem requires a systemic solution. We, at Training Industry, believe the way forward will require public-private partnerships, where both corporations and our government work together to eliminate inequality and bias in the workplace and beyond. We will look to our network for the best and most promising training programs and resources to help us all create change within our organizations and beyond, and we will share them with you continuously. We must all take this journey in a purposeful way to ensure all our communities are treated equally.
