Dr. Kristal Walker, CPTM, has worked in the learning, leadership, and organizational development space for over 15 years helping clients engage people, apply processes, and implement technology to improve human and organizational performance. She currently serves as the vice president of employee well-being at Sweetwater Sounds, where she is responsible for crafting and leading wellness and diversity and inclusion (D&I) training initiatives. She is also a Training Industry Courses instructor, where she teaches the CPTM designation, as well as courses on design thinking and the new D&I Inclusion workshop. When she’s not working, she enjoys a great laugh and creating memories with her family and friends.

He is the founder of MeasureUp Consulting, where he helps training organizations around the world define the true value they bring to their company’s bottom line. His ground-breaking book, “Measuring and Maximizing Training Impact: Bridging the Gap between Training and Business Results” was published by Macmillan in 2014.

Serving on various committees throughout her career, such as the information technology (IT) steering committee, compliance and risk committee and new product development team has allowed Lisa to interact with all lines of business to gain a well-rounded understanding and knowledge of the entire community bank structure.  Her commitment and passion for helping employees be the best version of themselves and to achieve the highest goals made her the perfect fit to help lead the First Federal Bank DE&I, Culture & Workplace Engagement program as well as lead bank wide training development strategies and initiatives.
